Passholder FAQs

We have a Headquarters for RCF!

Festival HQ is located 213 Fayetteville St, in the street level space above Foundation Bar.

At Fest HQ, passholders can pick up their passes, pick up a festival brochure with venue map, shop for merch, get recommendations on what shows to check out, get access to free food and booze, and more.

Digital copies of your pass will be emailed after purchase.

Physical copies of your pass can be picked up at our Festival HQ located at 213 Fayetteville St, Raleigh, NC 27601 starting on Wednesday March 25th at 3pm.

As a passholder, you have access to ALL of the festival shows, EXCEPT for the shows at Goodnights Comedy Club.

You can still attend shows at Goodnights, you’ll just need to purchase an additional ticket, which you can do on the Goodnights website. 

If we add any shows after you’ve purchased a pass, you’re in luck, because you get access to those too!

You will receive a unique code good for one seat at every show in the festival (except for the Goodnights shows).

You will need to use this code to reserve a seat at every show you wish to attend.

Stop and ask one of the festival volunteers or performers! Or stop by Festival HQ. Anyone wearing a ‘Producer’ badge can help with any questions you may have.

Afterparties and Extracurriculars are open to ITB VIP Passholders only.

They will be hosted at our Festival HQ.
