Passholder FAQs
You have questions, we (might) have answers.
Where do I pick up my pass?
Our Festival HQ is Le Dive (14 W. Martin St). It’s at Festival HQ that you can pick up passes, pick up a festival brochure with venue map, shop for merch, or get recommendations on what shows to check out.
What shows do I have access to?
As a passholder, you have access to ALL of the festival shows, EXCEPT for the shows at Goodnights Comedy Club. You can still attend shows at Goodnights, you’ll just need to purchase an additional ticket, which you can do on the Goodnights website.
I saw you added some shows, what about those?
We did add three more shows: a Secret Show, a Showcase at Oak City Cycling, and a Storytelling Show on Sunday at Neptunes. With your pass, you have access to all of these new shows in addition to the original 15 shows.
How do I reserve my spot at a show?
For all passholder-eligible shows, all you have do is show up! Passholders get priority seating as long as you arrive before the show starts.
Doors open to all shows 30 minutes before show time. When doors open, we will call for ITB VIP passholders first, then OTB passholders, then we will open the room to individual ticket holders.
Seating is on a first come, first serve basis, and again, please note, that we can only accommodate priority seating when doors open before the show. Once the show has begun, all seating is open.
How can I figure out which show to attend?
Stop and ask one of the festival volunteers or performers! Or stop by Festival HQ. Anyone wearing a ‘Producer’ badge can help with any questions you may have.
What’s the deal with Extracurriculars?
Afterparties and Extracurriculars are open to ITB VIP Passholders only.
Our Saturday Extracurriculars include two scheduled workshops plus a photoshoot:
1PM - Game The Algorithm: Social Media for Comics
Lead by Ann Marie Taepke, CMO for @TheHoldernessFamily
SESSION INFO: Get the inside scoop on how to ensure your content is engaging, shareable, and doesn’t get lost in the algorithm.
2PM - Industry Panel Q&A
This panel is an opportunity for featured comedians in the festival to talk to comedy club owners, and comedy and festival bookers. For passholders interested in the world of comedy, this is a great peak behind the curtain for how the business works.
1PM - 4PM - Professional photos
We will also have a professional photographer on site to capture headshots and photos with comedians if you’d like.
